My recovery journey began over 30 years ago when I realized I had a problem with substances. Through the fellowship of 12 step programs, counseling, and lots of perseverance, I have been able to remain abstinent.
In addition, I have been blessed with the ability to give back what I have learned through the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies as well as through personal experience.
I have a freedom I never thought possible from not only what goes on in my head, but also what goes on around me.
And I want to share that freedom with others. I’m fully licensed to provide counseling and psychotherapy in the State of Colorado, and I’m experienced in trauma recovery, substance use recovery, and relapse prevention.
Recovery is a journey, not a destination. You, too, can have the freedom you seek to live your best life. I would love to have the opportunity to talk with you about how you can find your own road to recovery and stay on it, leading you to a more meaningful experience with life and most importantly, with yourself!
